This is the second of my cactus Dreamscapes, inspired by the dry and colorful landscapes of the desert.

To create this piece I used acrylic paint on French linen (the fabric is a beautiful light grey color and lovely texture to work on). Similar to when I work on wood and leave the woodgrain exposed, I’ve left patches of exposed linen in this piece.

Pigment-based, giclée print on 100% cotton rag, produced to museum conservation standards. Rich saturation, softly textured surface, and exceptional permanence.
